BE / B.Tech. Degree or equivalent degree in Mechanical, Aeronautical, Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Instrumentation, Production, or Electronics & Communication Engineering from a recognized institute
External Candidate Experience
For candidates from the open market.
- For Central, State, or Public Sector Enterprise candidates: E-7 level or above with 20 years of managerial experience, including at least 5 years at senior managerial level, not more than two levels below CEO or Head of Institute, in the aviation industry This is one external-candidate pathway. Private-sector candidates working not more than two levels below CEO or Head of Institution are also considered. Preference is given to candidates with experience in a large organization and managing a large group of employees.

Desirable Management
MBA or equivalent Post Graduate Management Degree, Diploma, or Certificate, preferably in Aeronautical Engineering, Marketing, Materials, Finance, or HR Management(Desirable)
Internal Candidate Experience
For eligible permanent employees of AI Asset Holding Limited and its subsidiaries.
Currently working at Senior Management Level, E-7 or above, in AIAHL or its subsidiaries with 20 years of experience in Aviation Engineering, including at least 10 years at managerial level and at least 5 years at senior managerial level, E-7 or above
