Education
Master's degree in Urban Planning or Design.
Experience
Minimum 15 years of experience in TOD, Mobility/Transportation and Urban Development across domains of spatial planning, planning policy, regulations, norms, guidelines and codes, enabling framework, etc. Teaching, part-time, internship, self-employment and freelancing are not considered as qualifying experience.
Age
Upper age limit 62 years.

Experience
Experience of working with the public sector or development agencies and with varying types of urban projects across scales and geographic areas.
Skill
- Exceptional technical expertise in the subject area.
- Team leadership and excellent person-management skills, including experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Salary & benefits
₹15,000 - ₹45,000
per day
Remuneration is payable per 8-hour day of advisory services rendered.
TA/DA, mode of journey and reimbursement of hotel, taxi and food bills are applicable to the Senior Consultant as for Pay Level-12 and Pay Level-13 of the Pay Matrix. No TA/DA is paid for attending the interview in person.

Interview
Candidates fulfilling the requisite conditions must attend the interview on 30 September 2026 at 10:00 AM either in person at ANIIDCO Ltd., Vikas Bhawan, Sri Vijaya Puram or through Google Meet. The interview is conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The upper age limit is 62 years. Teaching, part-time, internship, self-employment and freelancing are not counted as qualifying experience.
