Eligible Service Background Pathways
The notification prefers retired or VRS bank officials but also provides an alternate pathway for Ex-Servicemen or other non-bank employees with banking knowledge and relevant IIBF certification.
Alternative 1 of 2. Retired or VRS opted Bank Official of Scale I or above from a Nationalized Bank, including State Bank of India or a Regional Rural Bank Candidates from this pathway are stated to be preferred.
Alternative 2 of 2. Ex-Serviceman or other non-bank employee, such as a Government School Teacher, having banking knowledge and knowledge of financial services and having completed the relevant IIBF certification course Alternate service-background pathway.
Salary & benefits
₹25,000
per month
Monthly contract amount for Counsellor-FLC.
Monthly conveyance amount including mobile expenses. No other benefits or charges are payable.

Eligibility notes
Candidates must be graduates in any discipline from a recognized University, be above 45 years and below 65 years of age, possess good health, and have 10 years of experience as an officer or permanent employee. Eligible backgrounds include retired or VRS opted Scale I and above officials of Nationalized Banks including State Bank of India and RRBs, who are preferred, and Ex-Servicemen or other non-bank employees with banking and financial services knowledge who have completed the relevant IIBF certification course. Applicants must have an unblemished service record, a Service Certificate from the previous employer, and be residents of Chhattisgarh, preferably from the same or a nearby district of the FLC. Excellent communication skills in the local language are essential.
