Skill or Written Examination
For posts 1 to 4, selection is through a skill or written examination. The examination carries 20 marks and candidates must obtain at least 30 percent, equivalent to 6 marks out of 20.

For posts 1 to 4, selection will use a skill or written examination, with qualification marks and experience also contributing to merit.
