SRF M.tech. Pathway

M.Tech. in Nanotechnology or Electronics with at least 60% marks.

SRF Desirable Experience

Experience

Hands-on experience in fabrication of devices using thin-film deposition and microfabrication techniques.(Desirable)
Experience with thin-film deposition techniques such as magnetron sputtering using DC or RF.(Desirable)

Skill

Practical knowledge of cleanroom microfabrication processes including photolithography, mask alignment, lift-off, dry etching and thin-film patterning at wafer level.(Desirable)

Salary & benefits

Junior Research Fellow

₹37,000

per month

HRA is payable as applicable. No additional grant or salary is payable apart from the fellowship amount.

Senior Research Fellow

₹42,000

per month
