Eligibility
Required Eligibility
Education
Full-time regular Engineering Degree in Mechanical, Production, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Metallurgy Engineering from a recognized University, College or Institute with a good academic record. The degree must be full-time and regular.
Experience
- Minimum 20 years of post-qualification experience.
- At least 10 years of experience at Senior or Middle Management level in Industrial Products or Machine Tools.
- Experience in productivity measurement and workforce optimization.
- Experience in overseeing entire operations activities.
Age
Less than 63 years as on 01 September 2026. Management reserves the right to relax age for deserving or exceptional candidates.
Skill
Conversant with technical and commercial aspects.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Education
MBA Degree from a reputed recognized University, College or Institute.(Desirable)
Experience
- Work experience in multiple functions such as Production, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Services, HR, Finance and Administration in the Machine Tools or Engineering industry.(Preferred)
- Senior management level work experience from PSUs or Autonomous Organizations.(Preferred)
Skill
Wide knowledge of machine tool manufacturers and their end users.(Preferred)
