AME Licence Requirement

Category B1/B2 AME licence on at least one aircraft type similar to the Diamond DA 40 and Diamond DA42 operated by IGRUA.

Required Aviation Experience

Preference, not a mandatory requirement.

B3 licence in Mechanical stream for composite and/or all-metal aircraft applicable to AME in Mechanical stream Applicants holding this licence will be given preference.(Preferred)

Salary & benefits

₹91,000

per month

Remuneration

Transport Allowance Rs. 1800/month.

Aviation Allowance Rs. 300/month.

Medical @ 25,000/- per annum.

Payable for working on Gazetted Holidays and Second Saturdays.

Productivity allowance for certification on single-engine aircraft.

Productivity allowance for certification on multi-engine aircraft.

Eligibility notes

Only Indian nationals are eligible. Maximum age is 55 years as on 01 June 2026. Candidates must possess an accepted educational qualification, an AME Category B1/B2 licence on at least one aircraft type similar to Diamond DA 40 and Diamond DA42, and two years of aviation experience. Candidates without the specific IGRUA aircraft rating may be considered subject to obtaining the required rating and executing a service bond under IGRUA terms.
