Alternative Essential Postgraduate Qualifications
MBA or PGDM / PGDBM in the advertised fields.
Alternative 1 of 2. Two-year PG Degree in Management (MBA) in Human Resources or related disciplines such as Marketing, HRM or Corporate Communication.
Alternative 2 of 2. PG Diploma (PGDM / PGDBM) in Human Resources or related disciplines such as Marketing, HRM or Corporate Communication.
Desirable and Experience
May be treated as essential if applicant numbers are large or on scrutiny committee / competent authority recommendations.
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Technology in CSE, IT, ECE or allied areas from a recognised University / Institution, with at least 60% marks. Candidates using CGPA / SGPA or another grading system must submit a valid institutional Percentage Conversion Certificate.(Desirable)
Experience
At least three years of working experience in the Training & Placement Cell of a reputed academic institution. May be considered essential under the conditions in General Instruction 8.(Desirable)
Skill
Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation and interpersonal skills; industry awareness and knowledge of careers, employer expectations, market trends and industry-academia practices; employer networking, corporate liaison and stakeholder management; industry practices and corporate relations experience; placement, internship and student training coordination; ERP or similar placement data tools; social media tools; team leadership and organizational branding events. Eligibility for ₹80,000 rate
Commensurate with qualification and experience, as decided by the Selection Committee on the recommendation of the Competent Authority. Applicable taxes are deducted at source.
