Degree and research experience must both be satisfied for this pathway.
Education
M.Tech./M.E. or equivalent in Computer Science and Engineering, Electronics and Communication Engineering or a related discipline. Must be combined with at least three years of relevant research.
Experience
At least three years of research in CSE, ECE or a related discipline.
Listed Technical Qualifications
EDA experience, open-source tool familiarity and ML knowledge are listed without a desirable qualifier.
Experience
Experience in Electronic Design Automation tools and methodologies. No minimum duration is specified.
Other
- Familiarity with open-source EDA tools such as ABC, Yosys, OpenROAD and related frameworks.
- Knowledge of Machine Learning techniques and their application to EDA problems.
Desirable Skills and Added Advantages
These are expressly desirable or an added advantage.
Experience
Prior research or project experience in VLSI CAD, hardware design, formal verification or ML for EDA. Stated as an added advantage.(Desirable)
