Education
Degree in Law from a recognized National or International University
Experience
Ten years of work experience in the legal wing of corporates Candidates should have a proven track record in contract negotiation and drafting and in-depth experience in litigation management, legal advisory, commercial contracts, MOUs, bank guarantees, tender vetting, labour matters, conveyancing, land acquisition and title verification, and regulatory, sectoral and environmental compliance.
Desirable Qualifications and Experience
Education
- Master's degree in Corporate Law or Maritime Law from a recognized National or International University(Desirable)
- Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in HR Management(Desirable)
Experience
- Experience in Ports and Shipping Sector(Desirable)
- Practising experience as an Advocate(Desirable)
Salary & benefits
₹1,60,000
per month
Consolidated monthly amount applicable to the appointee.
