Education

Full-time MBA, PGDM, or Post Graduate qualification in Project Management, Operations Management, Finance, Agribusiness, Rural Management, or an equivalent discipline from a recognized Institute or University All qualifications must be from a UGC-recognized University, UGC-recognized deemed University, AICTE-approved autonomous institution, or an equivalent degree recognized by the Government of India, wherever applicable.

Experience

• Minimum 12 years of work experience in the relevant field
• Prior experience in Project Management and Capacity Building from Central or State Government, Semi-Government, PSU, or Autonomous bodies, particularly in the Agri-Horti sector Preference will be given to candidates with this background.(Preferred)
• Experience in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agri-infrastructure, Value-chain Development, Rural Development, or allied sectors The advertisement states that such experience will be an added advantage.(Desirable)
• Experience in Public Sector Undertaking or a large organization of repute Candidates having maximum experience in such organizations will be preferred.(Preferred)
• Experience in PPP, Joint Venture, convergence-based projects, or projects involving private-sector participation(Desirable)

Age

Maximum age 48 years as on 1 November 2026 Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates, up to 53 years, and by 3 years for OBC/MOBC candidates, up to 51 years.as of 1 November 2026

Citizen of India

Computer knowledge

Proficiency in MS Office, MS Excel, etc.

Skill

• Strong knowledge of government rules, compliance frameworks, and project management
• Proven leadership, analytical, and communication skills

Medical fitness
