Required Eligibility
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline from a recognized College or University. The qualification must be acquired through a regular full-time course. The institute and the particular Degree or Diploma course must have the required UGC or AICTE approval, as applicable.
Experience
- At least 15 years of post-qualification experience. Experience is reckoned as on 01-10-2026. Work experience of less than six months in any organization is not counted toward total experience.
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in ash utilization or ash management. The 3 years of ash utilization or ash management experience is preferably in a thermal power plant or another industry handling ash and ash management.
Age
Maximum 50 years of age as on 01-10-2026.
Desired and Preferred Qualifications and Competencies
Skill
- Knowledge of environmental regulations, ash utilization guidelines and transportation or RTO norms.(Desirable)
- Strong coordination, stakeholder management, field execution, compliance and problem-solving skills.(Desirable)
Other
Relevant additional qualification and work experience in a Coal Based Thermal Power Plant. Preference shall be given to candidates having this additional qualification and experience.(Preferred)
Salary & benefits
₹19,00,000
per year
Eligibility for ₹19,00,000 rate
Fixed CTC under the Market Based Salary structure. Variable pay is up to 19% of Fixed CTC, with other allowances and reimbursements as per OPGC policy applicable to the grade.
