Assistant Manager / Manager Eligibility
Candidates must satisfy one of the professional qualification pathways and all applicable common requirements.
Experience
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience for candidates not exceeding 35 years of age. Relevant experience should be in Corporate Finance, capital market fund raising, Treasury, or related areas in HFCs, NBFCs, Banks, or Financial Institutions. Commensurate additional experience is required for further age relaxation.
Skill
Proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
Other
- Fluency in English and working knowledge of Hindi.(Desirable)
- Ability to join within 30 days. Early joiners within 30 days will be given preference.(Preferred)
- External candidates must not have pending disciplinary action at the time of application and must not have been punished under disciplinary proceedings during the last 5 years. All appointments are subject to satisfactory reference and background verification.

Eligibility notes

Candidates up to 35 years require at least two years of relevant experience. Age relaxation generally up to 45 years may be considered for deserving cases based on commensurate relevant prior experience and Management discretion.
