Other desirable experience includes psychological test construction or validation, quantitative/qualitative research, questionnaire/survey administration and data collection, working with school students, research documentation and report preparation.   • Basic knowledge of research methodology and psychological research.
  • Ability to undertake field-based research and interact with school students, teachers and other stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with research ethics, informed consent and confidentiality procedures.(Desirable)
