Selection process

    Shortlisting

    The Institute will decide the shortlisting parameters and shortlist an adequate number of candidates. Merely meeting minimum qualifications and experience does not create a right to be called for interview.

    Personal Interview

    Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview at SVNIT Surat. Final selection will be based on performance in the personal interview, although the Institute reserves the right to decide the selection method depending on the number of applications or shortlisted candidates.
