Education
Two-year Master's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognised university or institution.
Experience
Minimum two years of research experience after completion of the Master's degree in an academic, research, consulting, or related setting.
Skill
- Demonstrated research competencies including literature review, data collection, analysis, documentation, and academic or professional report writing.
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple stakeholders and work independently.
Preferred and Advantageous Background
Education
Psychology, Business Management, Human Resource Management, or related disciplines are preferred for the Master's degree.(Preferred)
Experience
Experience in case study research, qualitative research, training or programme coordination, or industry-academia projects. Such experience will be an advantage.(Desirable)
