Language

Candidates must be proficient in English because the medium of instruction in the B.A. LL.B. (Hons.) Five Year Integrated Law Course is strictly English.

Medical fitness

Candidates must be in sound bodily health and, if selected, must be prepared to undergo any medical examination required by the University and satisfy the medical authority.

Faculty in Law Subjects

Eligibility

  • Qualification must be as prescribed under the UGC Minimum Qualifications for Appointment of Teachers and Other Academic Staff in Universities and Colleges and Other Measures for the Maintenance of Standards in Higher Education Regulations, 2018. The notice does not reproduce the complete degree-level qualification criteria from the UGC Regulations.
  • Eligibility requiring 55 percent marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale applies, with relaxation of 5 percent for the categories specified in the applicable rules. The calculation is based on qualifying marks only without grace marks.
